Putignano · Valle d'Itria
Welcome is at Via Scesciola 13 in Putignano, in the province of Bari. If you are visiting the trulli of Alberobello, the caves of Castellana, Locorotondo or Martina Franca, this is a neighbourhood restaurant with Apulian cooking and a stone dining room — not a tourist copy of the same page for every town.
Lunch and dinner are served every day. From Alberobello it is about a 15-minute drive.

Lunch: 12:00–14:30 · Dinner: 19:00–22:30 · daily
Orecchiette with turnip tops, scialatielli with mussels, puccia sandwiches, burrata, octopus and seasonal plates. The digital menu is the live list from the kitchen, with photos and English names. PDFs are available too.
Putignano is a living town, not only a stop on the way. We sit just off the southern ring road, a short walk from the old centre. Public parking is nearby. It is a practical table if you want Apulian food close to Alberobello without eating only inside the trulli circuit.
We also run hands-on cooking classes and a breakfast room for guests staying in the area.
