Welcome is at Via Scesciola 13, 70017 Putignano (BA). The dining room is in the town centre and you can walk there.
You can leave the car near the De Gasperi school, in the Mercato Boario car park, on Via Estramurale a Mezzogiorno or on Via Estramurale a Levante. From there the dining room at Via Scesciola 13 is a few minutes on foot. Do not park on the yellow lines: they are for residents only.
By car, about: Castellana Grotte 6 km and under 10 minutes; Alberobello 14 km and 15 minutes; Polignano a Mare 21 km and 25 minutes; Monopoli 25 km and 30 minutes. Times depend on traffic. Open Google Maps for the route.
Breakfast is Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 10:30. Dinner is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 19:00 to 22:00. On Sunday we are open from 8:00 to 14:30. Wednesday is breakfast only. Hours can change: a WhatsApp message saves a wasted journey.

Yes. The English menu is at welcomepuglia.it/en/menu. Photos and the live digital list are on the same kitchen menu. In the dining room the menu follows the season and the local produce.
Among the most Puglian dishes are orecchiette with turnip tops, orecchiette with brasciole ragù, fave e cicorie, tiella di riso, patate e cozze, burrata, sautéed mussels, octopus salad, seared octopus, scialatielli with mussels, aubergine parmigiana, lamb stew, sgagliozze, pucce, and local cured meats and cheeses. The menu is seasonal and the dishes can change with the season and the availability of the produce.

It is a hands-on class in traditional Puglian cooking, with local and seasonal ingredients. It can be arranged for groups and special occasions.
